Symbolix Service Delivery Model

Symbolix is a networked structure, and consulting teams will be built around the requirements of the client.   Our model is designed to allow our clients access to both a personalised relationship with their Project Manager, and access to the full depth and breadth of skill that our teams can provide.

Each and every client will have a Symbolix person nominated as their Project Manager who shall represent the company to them and handle incoming requests & communications from the client.

The Project Manager shall “know” the client and develop a sense of both way confidence and trust.  The liaison person shall coordinate internal Symbolix activities in serving the client whether or not the liaison person is carrying out the particular consultancy, reporting, analysis, data mining, etc. activities.

Clients, either through the Project Manager or directly,  have the ability to communicate directly with all staff involved in the project, from the Managing Director of the Company, to the project manager, to the person with their hands on the numbers.
